Do I have to leave my home or workplace during the extermination process?
In most situations it will not be necessary to leave your home, but we will ask you to leave the immediate area where your pest technician is working. If it becomes necessary for you to be out of your home during a treatment, this will be arranged in advance for your convenience.
What is the price of pest control services and how the price are determined?
Once customer has contacted us, we will ask about the perimeter size and determine the type of problems faced by them, once identified, we will state the price quote on the solutions needed, standardized to the perimeter affected. Then, initial free inspections will be provided to give our customers, by determining the seriousness by our workers, price shall be set accordingly.
What is the procedure of the pest control services?
As soon as your appointment is scheduled, we will assign an experienced and certified profession to evaluate on the type of chemical and bait to be used, depending on the pest. You will also receive detail and assessments and a written report with information about the services.

Is your pest control safe for my family and babies?
Yes, the chemicals used are environment-friendly and non-airborne toxic but we would advised babies to stay away from the chemicals as they are not meant to consume.
Why do I have to have a free inspection of designated place before undergoing the services?
We customize your treatment program based on the specific information found during the free inspection process. Our professional technicians will conduct a thorough 37-point inspection of your home and property and provide you with a detailed report outlining recommendations for elimination of the initial pest problem and prevention of future infestations. They will also point out areas that require your attention.
Do I need to treat my property monthly?
No, you don’t. The technicians have a strict schedule when treatments are needed. In no case are monthly visits required.
Can I use pesticides myself?
Most pesticides can only be bought with a professional license.

Absolutely not. Many insects have a vital part in our ecosystem, we treat only the ones that pose a threat or nuisance to our customers.
What equipment does your company use?
All of the insecticides we use are provided by Kill Germ, the official pest supplier for the UK. The chemicals we use are certified, environment- friendly and of high quality.
